Why can't I buy?

Some subscriptions can only be purchased by verified users or referred users.
To purchase without a referral code, please contact our support team.

How long does it take for my license to be activated?

If you purchase from us, you will get your access within a few minutes after you purchase, presuming that your payment is not held by the payment processor for any reason.

How do I receive the Software once I purchase?

Once you purchase you will unlock the Loader panel, Forum access and a Invite to our discord server.

Will I be automatically charged next month?

No! We sell our Software on a time-based basis, but this does not automatically charge you as a subscription. When you need a new license for a new month, you need to purchase it manually.

Can I use it on more than one PC?

Our authentication system uses a HWID (Hardware ID) system that generates a unique ID for each computer and links your account to it. This means that you can only access our software on the PC it is linked to.

To use the software on a separate PC, you will need to reset your HWID via our dashboard. We only support one PC per account and offer a limited number of automatic HWID resets via the loader dashboard. After that, you will need to request a manual HWID reset by contacting our support.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! As long as your subscription has at least 7 days remaining and has not been paused for the last 15 days.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes! However, if there is a price difference between the subscriptions, the duration of your subscription will be reduced by the price difference.
